Room Rental

The Reynolds Volunteer Fire Department meeting room may be made available for rent to public entities as defined:

A Formal Organization:

A formal organization is an organization with a fixed set of rules of intra – organization procedures and structures.  The organization is generally affiliated by membership in the organization.

A Civic Organization or Club:

A civic organization means any local service club, veterans post, fraternal society or association, volunteer fire or rescue group, or local civic league or association of 10 or more persons not organized for profit but operated exclusively for educational or charitable purposes.

The Reynolds Volunteer Fire Department shall have sole discretion in deciding who if anyone shall have the right to rent or otherwise utilize the facilities owned and operated by the Reynolds Volunteer Fire Department.
